Khawja Rawash Fuel Depot is one of the largest fuel depots in the country. Located at Qasaba in Kabul, the fuel depot is used by the Afghanistan Ministry of Defense.

The fuel depot is being designed and constructed by Omran Holding Group which includes construction of 1.8 Km road, classrooms, and security measures of the project. Mr. Sakhi Zaki, the project manager, reports that he has employed 30 local people from the community, assigning them to capacities supervised by journeymen and technicians so that they become skilled personnel.
Since commencement of the project, Omran has been striving to purchase most of their daily supplies from local people which in return generate revenue for them. A local retailer expresses his gratitude to Omran and the project owner saying that the construction effort has earned him more earnings.
