On February 26, 2012, USACE and Afghanistan Builders Association (ABA) presented the 2^nd Annual Contractor Recognition awards to Afghan and International firms that provide design and construction services on USACE funded projects in Afghanistan. Omran Holding Group is honored and proud to be part of this award winning design and construction team. In 2011, Omran Holding Group managed and completed several design/build contracts for the USACE-AED with multiple scopes of work which involved many different trades. The Omran Team consisting of Omran Consulting Construction and Engineering, Omran Geotechnical Co., Omran Steel Tech, Paaya, Greentech and Geo Engineering Solutions contributed to the planning, design and construction of award winning facilities that have been exemplary and unique of their kind in the region. These facilities included medical facilities, military compounds, training ranges, utilities including electrical systems, roads, water and wastewater treatment plants and fuel systems.
